Headset

  1. 1. Put the headset on your head;

    2. Adjust the tiara in a comfortable way above the ears;

    3. Do not twist the microphone beyond its limit;

    4. Positions the microphone on one end of your mouth and avoid to position it in front of the mouth; protect it from the local effect and from umidity;

    5. Jack the headset in/out the amplifier with care. Plug RJ11 is made of plastic;

    6. Never throw the headset on the table. Keep it on the support whenever it is possible;

    7. Do not leave the operator’s phone wire too stretched and do not run over it with a chair for this may all lead the cable to break up internally.



Telephone

  1. 1. Switch the type of line: "tone” or "pulse";

    2. Adjust the ring volume: high or low;

    3. The keyboard should be touched with the fingers only. Avoid to dial with pen, pencil or similar objects;

    4. Push the HEADSET key to receive, make or end calls;

    5. The MUTE key Will interrupt the transmission without affecting the reception when pressed;

    6. The VOLUME adjust of the reception is made via potentiometer. Do not use any sharp object that may damage its work and lead the device to buzz.




    Amplifier
    1. 1. Check if the battery is well connected;

      2. Press the HEADSET key to receive, make or end calls;

      3. The MUTE key Will interrupt the transmission without affecting the reception when pressed;

      4. The VOLUME adjust of the reception is made via sliding potentiometer. Do not use any sharp object that may damage its work and lead the device to buzz.



    IMPORTANT NOTE: If you follow the instructions above you will make the headset / telephone / amplifier to last longer.
